Technology has taken a toll on the human body, particularly on the spine. Computers, video games, and the handheld devices that we seemingly can not live without, often leave our spines in a state of perpetual spinal flexion. Traditional exercise programs, which typically emphasize "show muscles", often do little to address the perpetually flexed state of the human body. Simply put, bulging biceps and other "show muscles" do little for an office worker who is slouched over a computer screen for 50+hours per week.
